The Regional Conference on Women in Latin America and the Caribbean is a subsidiary body of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) and is the main intergovernmental forum on women's rights and gender equality in the region. The member states of ECLAC approve commitments that constitute the Regional Gender Agenda, a progressive, innovative and advanced roadmap to guarantee the rights of women in all their diversity and gender equality.
